The price of each original artwork includes insured standard shipping and handling within the continental United States. There are no additional fees for packaging or shipping unless otherwise stated.

Your artwork will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. I use repurposed (when possible) high-quality materials and protective wrapping to guard against damage during transit.

Please allow 3-4 business days for your artwork to be processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

If you require expedited shipping, international delivery, or special handling, please contact me before purchasing for a custom quote.

Note: I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.

Each piece of my artwork is created with care, intention, and originality. Due to the unique and handmade nature of original artwork, all sales are final. Please review all images, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

However, I want you to feel confident in your investment. If your artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at info@sharonwalkerart.com. Include photos of the damage and packaging so I can assess the situation and work with you on a resolution.

Refunds or exchanges are not issued for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Color discrepancies due to monitor settings

• Improper handling or display once received

If a refund is approved due to damage during shipping, you will be asked to return the artwork in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
